  • Call customer care and ask them the correct message centre number. You have to manually edit it.
  • Launch SMS application on your phone.
  • Now tap on Menu and go to Settings.Message Settings
  • Scroll down and select the ‘Message Centre’.Message Listing

  • Now have a go with a SMS or two and see whether they are been received at the sender end. You can make sure whether it’s delivered or not by selecting delivery reports ON. If you are still unable to sent, then restore your messages settings to default.
